Jason McMurray is a Utah native who has lived in the state for most of his life. He is a real estate veteran with more than 15 years of experience and is a proud Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. Jason is deeply committed to every client, whether they are selling or buying a home, and he works to make each real estate transaction as smooth and successful as possible. He takes pride in managing all the details of a transaction to protect his clients every step of the way. Jason spent three years with the top-selling team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah, where he focused on luxury properties, new construction, investment opportunities, and all aspects of residential home sales before returning to Coldwell Banker.

Before entering real estate, Jason trained as a certified chef, earning his degree from the La Cordon Bleu–accredited Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. He served as an Executive Chef at several notable restaurants in both Portland and Salt Lake City, and he had the privilege of contributing his skills to numerous cooking competitions and public presentations in both cities. Jason brings that same passion, attention to detail, and professional discipline to his real estate practice to ensure his clients receive the highest level of service.

Jason is a proud father of two wonderful children, Collin and Sophia. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, preparing and sharing great food, entertaining friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
